Policy

As you know, Google is always strict in running ads. So there is always the possibility that the account has been suspended without doing anything. Do read our policy carefully before making a purchase, we are not responsible for non-compliance with the policy.

Gmail and Youtube account:

- Warranty within 7 days from the date of receipt.

- We will replace a new account if you have failed to log in to your account for the first time after your order has been delivered.

- We will refund if there is no replacement product.

Google ad account:

- Warranty within 7 days from the date of receipt if you have failed to log in to your account.

- After we deliver the products successfully, there will be no refunds.

- We do not replace or make a refund if you have been suspended by Google.

Facebook Business Manager (BM):

WARRANTY ACCEPTED: Within 24 hours from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to the warranty in the following cases:

  • Invite Link to receive BM cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired)
  • BM is restricted from advertising
  • BM has a disabled ad account

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: Customers are not guaranteed in the following cases:

  • BM has been promoted to Camp by you (including drafts)
  • BM has been added payment information
  • BM has been created an ad account
  • BM has been added to a personal advertising account
  • BM has been created Pixel or received Pixel from another BM
  • BM verified by temporary mail service
  • BM has dropped the threshold

Facebook Account:

WARRANTY ACCEPTED: Within 3 hours from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to the warranty in the following cases:

  • First-time login failed (wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code)
  • Account restricted from advertising
  • Account has been disabled personal ad account before
  • Checkpoint account.
  • Account information is not correct

Note: If FB account has successfully logged in, BMTEAM is no longer responsible for via warranty
